The Surgical Team led by Dr. Shashank Rathod consists of a senior Ophthalmologist, associated Ophthalmologist, Optometrists, Anesthesiologists, Physician (M.D.), Surgical Assistants and Staff nurses.

There is also a separate Team consisting of Chief Executive, Administrative Officer, PRO, Accountant & Front Desk Coordinators for the Administrative work.
